Vaishakh Purnima—the most sacred full moon of the Hindu calendar—is a divine opportunity to earn unending punya through seva, daan, and annadan.

Our scriptures say that daan done on this day brings sukh-shanti, mental peace, and freedom from sins. And among all forms of daan, Annadan—feeding the hungry—is called Maha Daan.

But while many perform rituals and vrats, in the holy land of Vrindavan, thousands of tyaagi sadhus—who have renounced the world in devotion to God—sit hungry, weak, and forgotten.

• They don’t demand.
• They sit with japa mala in their hands and emptiness in their stomachs.

These saints, who chant Ram Naam day and night, are now left to beg for one meal, or go without food for days.
They have given up all worldly comforts for bhakti. And now, their only hope is your seva.
