Projects
This Janmashtami, Build Hope Brick by Brick

A Reality That Can’t Be Overlooked
In the dense corners of vrindavan city, countless homeless sadhu’s and abandoned elders seek shelter under flimsy tarpaulins or in dilapidated makeshift structures — exposed to harsh weather, health risks, and indignity. Without sturdy housing or protection, their vulnerabilities multiply, especially during the rains or cold.
How Homeless Care Foundation Aims to Make a Difference
Homeless Care Foundation is embarking on a mission to construct a specially designed Old Age Home that will not only provide shelter, but also offer lives with dignity, security, and emotional well-being for abandoned and destitute elderly citizens.
Our solution is not one of building a structure - it is one of crafting an ecosystem of compassion in which elders can live, heal, and gracefully age.

Our plan includes :
The proposed multi-storey Old Age Home construction is going on at 1800 sq. ft. area, located at Akrur Road, Dhourera, Vrindavan. The G+3 structure will include shared residential halls, medical rooms, kitchen, lift area, prayer and recreation halls, administrative offices, and support facilities. It will be built using elder-sensitive architecture—barrier-free design, anti-skid flooring, grab rails, and wide passageways. This infrastructure forms the foundation of long-term, sustainable, and humane elder care.
The construction of this Old Age Home in Vrindavan is currently in its first phase and progressing rapidly, with a committed goal to make it operational before the onset of extreme winters in December 2025.
The Challenges That Stand in Our Way.
Constructing shelters requires massive resources: quality building materials, skilled labour, logistics, and maintenance funds. With limited financial capacity, every delay or shortfall directly impacts lives—forcing us to scale back, postpone, or halt work, even when the need is urgent.
Your Support Can Be the Cornerstone of Change.
As we celebrate Lord Krishna’s birth—who embodies protection, compassion, and love—this is the perfect time to extend that divine care to those without a home.

What We Aim to Build
The Old Age Home will be a residential care facility with all the amenities, having a capacity to take in around 120-150 elderly persons with expansion plans as and when required. The home will be situated in the spiritual city of Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, easily accessible but quiet—providing safety and peace to the residents. There will be long-term, quality care at this facility, with a programmed daily regimen of nutrition, medical care, cleanliness, emotional care, recreation, and spiritual growth.
How your donation helps :
- ₹21,000 — Buys enough bricks and cement for a single sturdy wall.
- ₹51,000 — Funds the construction of one small shelter unit with a roof.
- ₹1,00,000 — Supports building a shared kitchen or hygiene center serving dozens daily.
Every rupee brings shelter, security, and hope to someone who’s been forgotten. In return, you’ll receive updates—photos, stories, and blessings from those you help.

💬 Rahul’s Message to You
When I saw an 82-year-old sadhu shivering outside a closed temple gate on a winter night, I knew something had to be done. I can't do it alone. But together, we can give them the home and love they deserve.
