Among the most vulnerable are the children living in the city’s slums—helpless, impoverished souls aged 2 to 10 who brave the cold with little to no clothing.

These children belong to families who survive by scavenging trash from the streets, their meager earnings barely enough to fill their stomachs, let alone shield them from the bitter winter. Without proper clothes, they shiver through icy nights, at constant risk of falling ill. For them, every winter is a battle for survival.
